Saucer Estonian shoegaze that refreshes well worn My Bloody Valentine motifs (that so many other bands just cash in) with great songwriting, vocals, playing, and, now and then, new takes on what shoegaze can be. (Birds Still Swing, e.g., sounds more like Broadcast than MBV.)

Pia Fraus is very much a band that
sounds better with repeated listenings. Of their albums I know, my favorite is still the first I fell in love with: In Solarium.

(Disclosure: I find the 2013 mbv album insanely delicious.) Favorite track: Birds Still Swing.
